Refund Policy

First payment: 14 days, no questions

If GrainsMap is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You do not need to give a reason.

After that

You can cancel at any time, and you are never charged again after cancelling. The month already paid for is not refunded in part; you keep full access until it ends.

Charged by mistake

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a service that was not available to you is refunded in full, whenever you notice it.

How to ask

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. Either:

• use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and look up your purchase; or
• email hello@grainsmap.com with the email address you subscribed with.

Refunds normally reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the subscription ends and access to prices stops.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
